We offer a vast arrange of colours form Ral - BS4800 - Pantone and can offer a colour match service if a sample is provided in modern two-pack, single-pack, or water based products.

Our fully trained operatives use the latest spraying equipment including Electrostatic Airless & HVLP machines and they all have certified training for use of access towers, powered access machines and all team leaders are first aid trained.

The basic method of works for recoating aluminium, powder coated or other metal shopfronts, shutters, doors etc is:

1. Fully abrade substrate to provide a good key, if the substrate has been previously hand painted or is flaking this will be taken back to bare or sound substrate with power sanders or chemical stripping if required.
2. If there are any small areas of damage or holes up to 5mm a suitable 2 pack filler will be used to repair.
3. Substrate will be thoroughly cleaned using solvent or water based solutions to remove contaminates.
4. All areas that do not require coating will be thoroughly masked and surrounding protected form over spray.
5. Spray application of a two pack etch primer where required
6. Spray application one a two-pack epoxy primer on all substrates.
7. Spray application of two coats of a two pack epoxy / acrylic topcoat
8. All works checked then damasked, all waste removed form site and area left clean and tidy.
